Marriott Wardman Park Parking Management Proposal
This is a typical proposal created in the standard proposal template for SP+. On proposals like this, I would review RFP requirements; assign tasks to SMEs; manage the project timeline & assembly; edit SME materials; insert contextually relevant boilerplate information; format documents; & finally print, assemble, & ship proposal materials to clients. One thing in this document I’m especially proud of is the use of our new tab separator templates, which I designed & created.

Houston Center Parking Operations Proposal
This is a parking management proposal for SP+ that used a fully customized template for the binders, tabs, & spacer pages. On this project, I coordinated with several internal departments as well as outside vendors to custom-make the binders for the hard copies. The efforts of the team to create a unique experience for the client through tailored printed assets & site-specific content led directly to winning this business.

Ballston Plaza Parking Management Operations
My department was tasked with creating a landscape-formatted proposal template that would leave an impression on our clients. We collaborated to create a template, but the initial product was difficult to use. I was dissatisfied with this result & took it upon myself to redesign the entire template from the ground up. Over the course of a weekend, I recreated the template, making it simpler to use. After presenting the redesign to my supervisor, we adopted this version of the template.

801 S. Canal Street Parking Management
This is another proposal created for SP+’s Business Development department. This proposal, like hundreds of others I created, started from an RFP. I analyzed the requirements, synthesized a list of necessary materials with a timeline, & managed the subject matter experts to complete the project on time. Over the course of my time with the company, I created over 400 proposals much like this one.

Balfour Beatty White Paper & Proposal
This white paper & proposal were parts of an externship for Balfour Beatty, the fourth largest building contractor in the nation. During this externship, I led a four-person team in proposing methods to improve the company’s environmental responsibility. We created branding & logos for our team, researched environmental technologies & implementation methods for those technologies, & presented our original concepts to SMEs & executives within the firm. My team was the first runner-up.
